    数控绳槽车削装置是洛阳百克特公司针对矿井提升机衬垫切削和天轮衬垫切削设计研发的专用设备。该机床能够有效地解决老式切削设备切削绳槽时存在的啃刀、震刀、切削精度低、切削时间长效率低下、劳动强度大等问题,并且易于操作,安全高效。该机床在首次安装调试后,具有统一的基准,可以非常容易的做到多条绳槽经过切削后,切削绳槽深度的一致性,保证绳槽底径相同。将切削前后的绳槽切削深磨数据进行对比,就很容易判断出某条绳槽的磨损程度,为矿方钢丝绳调整及检修工作提供参考依据。

    NC (NUMERICAL CONTROL) ROPE GROOVE TURNING TOOL is a special cutting device which design and development by Luoyang BECOT Co. Ltd for mine hoist friction lining and hoisting sheave friction lining. This device can effectively solve the vintage device existing issues: tool bit bitten and shaken, low turning accuracy, low efficiency, long working time, high labor intensity and so on. After the initial installation and debugging, this device with a unified benchmark that can easily keep the turned grooves consistent depth and bottom diameter. By comparing the data of groove depth before and after cutting, it will be easy to get the wear degree of one groove that providing reference for wire rope adjustment and maintenance.


    数控绳槽车削装置是互相垂直的两个轴系X轴和Z轴,通过数控系统或者PLC系统控制各轴系进行直线运动,配台高速主轴电机,实现绳槽的高精度、高效率、稳定可靠的切削加工。通过对绳槽的切削维护可以延长钢丝绳的磨损周期,对钢丝绳起到很好的保护作用,延长衬垫使用寿命,提高摩擦驱动系统的稳定性,能够很好的满足客户的需求。该机床纯中文界面,操作简单,节约绳槽切削工作占用的检修时间,提高生产效率,减轻工人的劳动强度,是矿并提升机绳槽维护的利器,荣获国内外多项专利。国外提升机制造商如瑞典ABB公司,德国西玛格公司配套的绳槽切削装置地还是老式车刀。南非、俄罗斯、波兰、捷克等国家的矿并也是使用老式车刀。因此,百克特公司研制的绳槽切削设备已达到国际先进水平。

    NUMERICAL CONTROL ROPE GROOVE TURNING TOOL is controlled by NC system or PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) system. Two mutually perpendicular axes “X” and “Z” with the straight movement and coordinated with high-speed spindle motor, turning process will be stable and reliable, high accuracy and efficiency. Abrasion cycle of wire rope will be extended by groove cutting maintenance. As well as good protection for ropes, prolong service life of friction linings, improve stability of Friction Drive System and well meet requirements of customers. This device is the effective tool for mine hoist rope groove maintenance that can save maintenance time, improve production efficiency and alleviate labor intensity.     可根据现场工况,设定具体的每个方向的进给量,最小设定值为0.001mm,每个操作细节都可进行监控和调整。充分保证所有加工完成后的绳槽直径一致,可以有效调节钢丝绳张力,缩短调绳油缸的调节行程,充分保证提升机系统在同等张力的条件下运行。

    Cutting feed on each direction can be set according to field condition. Minimum set value is 0.001mm. Each operational detail will be monitoring and regulating to ensure completely consistent processed rope groove diameter. Can effectively adjust the wire rope tension, shorten the adjustment stroke of rope adjusting hydraulic cylinder, fully guarantee the hoist system under the equal tension.

    机床的安装可使用原有配套的安装基础底座:设备现场安装时,经过现场技术人员测量、安装、找正、固定等流程后即可进行绳槽切削工作。

    The installation of the machine can use original supporting installation foundation base, rope groove cutting will be carrying out after the whole processes: technical personnel measurement, installation, alignment and fixing etc.

       Non-standard device that is used for lining cutting and finishing processes on friction hoists’ friction wheel and pulley wheel. Before production start, field measurements on hoist’s each unit key size should be done by our technical personnel, for the purpose to machine and installation base design.
